2016 - How To Dual Boot (Install) Ubuntu 16.04.1 with Linux Mint 18 (UEF...

In this Video I Show How you can Boot Ubuntu 16.04.1, Shrink the Partition with GPARTED, then I take screenshot of every install option. then I Multitask (Watch Videos,Play Music, Surf the Net)

While the Installlation is going.

## To Follow this Tutorial YOU have to MAKE a

FULL BACKUP of YOUR Files to a External HD/Thumb Drive or DVD Media.

I`m Using a 64GB USB Thumb/USB Stick with Linux Mint 18, Now I Had to shrink

the Partition to be able to Install Ubuntu.

I Have a Hard Drive on this Notebook to Store My Files. I Keep the Operating Systems on the USB Stick.

Since this is a Dual Boot, It has 3 Partitions:

1- EFI     (200MB  Fat32)

2- /       (Boot 30GB Ext4)

3-Swap     (swap 4 GB)

I Resized the main Partition and I have 26GB Left for Ubuntu.

Then Created 26GB / Ext4 Partition.

# Is Good to Have The OS only in one Drive & Use Another Drive Just for Storage. I Only "Mount" the Drive when Needed. Is Also a Good Idea To Install the OS on Another Drive as a backup.
